We do that by changing the way people talk to each other about racism in the workplace and beyond. We bring together vulnerability, self-reflection and honest conversations to train companies on what systemic racism is, the historical underpinnings that make it so hard to overcome today, and ways to productively and safely navigate discussions that lead to real change and greater equity.
OUR APPROACH: UNMUTE addresses this problem with race conversation workshops and conversation coaching. Our framework has three core tenets: vulnerability, self-reflection, and exchange. This framework is the foundation for how we teach others to hold conversations about race every day. We bring your team, partners, and communities together to build a safe space for real shifts to occur in our daily lives.
